I don’t focus on quick fixes. Instead, we slow down an understand the patterns beneath what you’re feeling, so change is deeper and lasting. This isn’t a transactional space. It’s a real, two-way relationship where we work together to understand you more deeply.

I’m a licensed psychoanalyst in New York State with over 10 years of school and training. I earned my master’s degree from Columbia University in Clinical Psychology and completed my psychoanalytic training in NYC at the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis.
Psychoanalytic training is more intensive than most therapeutic disciplines, involving years of advanced study, ongoing supervision, and personal analysis. This depth allows for a more thoughtful understanding of the mind - especially patterns that aren’t immediately visible but shape how we feel, think, and relate.
I’ve worked in downtown Manhattan clinic for 7 years, providing long-term therapy to adults, and spent 5 years working with young adults as a counselor in Queens. I’ve worked with people across a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and ages, and have experience with personality, developmental, and psychiatric concerns.

Each session is 45-60 minutes.
There is no set timeline for therapy. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others engage in longer-term work to understand deeper patterns. Because this approach focuses on lasting change, it often unfolds over time at a steady pace.
We’ll regularly check in about your goals and what feels useful so the work stays aligned with you.
